Heaton provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 30-minute response time. 

Heaton offers three service structures to meet your specific needs and to help you manage your budget.  

1.  Managed Care
2.  Periodic Maintenance
3.  On-Call

The Managed Care Agreement is great for budgeting.  With a minimum of 10 hours per month, the managed care agreement can make your IT costs a fixed and predictable expense.  We recommend starting with a 10-hour plan that can be modified to fit your growing needs.  Heaton will perform regular maintenance on your servers and workstations weekly while allowing some time for your requests as well.  You will direct the work, set the priorities and Heaton will help you keep it all within budget and timely.  For a fixed cost, Heaton will schedule a weekly visit and keep your systems running smoothly.  The plan can be adjusted if you find your needs exceed 10 hours per month.  Hours may be accumulated for projects or you may purchase additional hours at the same discounted rate.

The Periodic Maintenance plan allows you to maintain your network, while keeping costs as low as possible until you need the services.  With a minimum of four hours, Heaton can either make weekly or monthly visits to update servers and workstations.  When you have additional needs, you can schedule the time.

Finally, Heaton can work on an On-Call basis.  We would only report to your business on an as needed basis, responding only when you request.
